Helping Little Minds Communicate,
Their Way.
Neurodiversity Affirming, Child and Family Centred Speech Therapy in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs And Beyond

Hi, I'm Maggie 👋

I’m a paediatric Speech Pathologist, mum, and the founder of Total Communication Speech Pathology Services.

For over 17 years I’ve worked with children and families across Sydney Children’s Hospital, NSW Health, and as Head of Speech Pathology at Royal Far West before starting TCSP in 2022.
I’m also a published clinician and provide supervision and mentoring to other allied health professionals, supporting best practice across the field.

I believe communication should be fun, functional, and affirming of every child’s unique way of being. My sessions are playful, family-centred, and guided by the latest evidence, so children feel supported to grow their voice — in their own time, in their own way.

How I Can Help 🆘

Every child’s communication journey is unique. We tailor therapy to meet your child’s needs — from toddlers to school-aged kids, in clinic, at home, or online.

Early Communication (0–5 years)
Building first words, play, social interaction, and early language foundations. Sessions are play-based and practical, helping parents feel confident supporting communication at home.

School-Aged Support
Helping children with speech clarity, literacy, and classroom participation. We focus on confidence, friendships, and academic success through strong communication.

Children with Additional Needs
Experienced support for autistic children, ADHD, global developmental delay, trauma backgrounds, and AAC users (low to high tech AAC).

Telehealth Across NSW
Accessible therapy delivered online in fun, interactive ways. Great for busy families or those outside Sydney — effective, flexible, and engaging.
